细胞描述:人骨髓瘤细胞,是从一名对类固醇类药物治疗产生耐药性的多发性骨髓瘤患者的外周血中建立的,对地塞米松敏感。该细胞同时存在悬浮生长和轻微贴壁两种状态。冻存管细胞复苏后存活率约50%,需培养2周左右才能恢复生长。每个批次均通过本库支原体检测,结果为阴性。经本库STR检测无误。STR鉴定结果为:D5S818: 8, 12; D13S317: 13; D7S820: 10, 11; D16S539: 12; vWA: 15, 17; THO1: 7, 8; TPOX: 8; Amelogenin: X; CSF1PO: 9,14

RPMI 1640(invitrogen 11875) 88ml
FBS (Gibco) 10 ml
Gluta-max (invitrogen 35050) 1 ml
Sodium pyruvate (invitrogen 11360070) 1 ml
注意事项:
(1)该细胞同时存在悬浮生长和轻微贴壁状态。
(2)该细胞复苏后需培养2周左右时间,才能恢复正常生长状态。
(3)细胞密度不可过高,在细胞汇合前进行传代,否则容易成团。
